Do you charge for diagnostics?
Diagnostics start at £45 — that covers a full scan, live data check, and a written report. If you go ahead with the repair, we’ll take that off your final bill.
Are parts included in the listed prices?
Yes — the prices listed include parts and labour for a standard job. If your car needs something different, we’ll tell you before ordering anything.
Can I get a quote before booking?
Of course. Call us or use the contact form with your vehicle details and we’ll provide an estimate. For more complex jobs, we may ask you to bring the vehicle in for an inspection first.
Do you offer payment plans?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and all major debit and credit cards. For larger jobs, Payment Assist lets you split the cost into 4 affordable payments over 4 months at 0% interest.
Is there a warranty on your work?
All labour is covered by our 12-month warranty. Parts warranties may vary depending on the parts fitted. If anything isn’t right, bring it back and we’ll put it right at no extra cost.
